The cuisine focuses on seafood, merging raw materials, of our sea, with our tradition and creativity.

Among the specialties you can enjoy crudités of seafood (oysters, shrimp, prawns) starters with shrimps, smoked swordfish, anchovies marinated in red pepper, risotto with seafood, paccheri with redfish or red mullet, a rich mix of grilled fresh fish (prawns, shrimp, squid, cuttlefish, swordfish, tuna), and finally, a list of exclusively homemade desserts.
